- Control systems: Collect data on temperature, pressure, flow rate, chemical composition, etc., from devices and sensors on the production line.
- Analyze training needs and develop training plans and budgets periodically or ad-hoc in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Search for and select reputable and effective training partners and service providers for collaboration.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize and supervise training activities: programs, content, scheduling, notifications, materials, instructors, … to ensure training effectiveness.
- Manage, monitor, update, and store data, records, and documents related to training activities according to regulations.
- Participate in organizing and monitoring performance evaluations: work, competencies, … of employees periodically and ad-hoc for purposes such as training, development, promotion, task assignment, rewards, …
- Manage and monitor the implementation of career development programs, employee competency development, management, and succession planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Human Resource Management/ Education/ Economics/ Law/ Business Administration.
- Language: Fluent English, equivalent to IELTS 5.0/ TOEIC 600.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills, creative and problem-solving thinking, training, and development expertise.
- Proactive, dynamic, and creative at work.
- Work 5 days/week from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
