Search for and develop project customers:
+ Investors (residential projects, factories, industrial zones, new urban areas…)
+ Design consultants for water supply and drainage systems
+ MEP contractors, technical infrastructure contractors
+ Water supply companies, Clean Water & Environmental Sanitation Centers

Consult on solutions for using plastic pipes and fittings suitable for each type of project (drinking water supply, irrigation, rainwater and wastewater drainage…), sales policies and warranties, product selection, connection installation, and product transportation and storage.

Read and understand technical drawings, cost estimates, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.

Perform pre- and post-sales services: provide documentation (company profile, test reports, certification of standards compliance…), pipe samples, pipe connection devices, etc.

Monitor project progress from design – bidding – implementation – acceptance stages.

Provide technical support and consultancy to customers during installation and product construction.

Conduct regular and ad-hoc customer care activities: visits, gift giving.

Record and coordinate the handling of customer requests and complaints.

Collect market information, notable activities, policies, and new products of competitors in the industry.

Report periodically on projects, customers, competitors, and industry material trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, or related fields.
- Language: Fluent English, equivalent to IELTS 5.0 / TOEIC 600.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Proactive, dynamic, and creative in work.
- Knowledge of the plastics market, company products, and experience collecting competitor data.
- Preferably familiar with CRM or project management software.
- Willing to travel to other provinces.
- Work 5 days/week, Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
