Propose and participate in the development and implementation of market research activities: programs, content, research methods and techniques, surveys on customers, competitors, and products.

Prepare survey forms, research documents, and necessary materials for execution.

Conduct and supervise the process of collecting opinions and surveys periodically or on an ad-hoc basis.

Organize events and in-depth opinion collection sessions with target and potential customers.

Compile and analyze collected information and survey data, then provide recommendations to improve business effectiveness.

Compile and analyze collected information and survey data, then provide recommendations on products, services, customer needs, marketing programs, promotions, as well as market and competitor developments.

Implement plans for research, data collection, and market analysis on: market segments, target customers, competitors, product attributes, … and coordinate with the Sales Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Marketing/ International Trade/ Economics/ Business Administration or related majors.
- Language: Fluent English, equivalent to IELTS 5.0/ TOEIC 600.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to use data analysis software and create dashboards.
- Proactive, dynamic, and creative at work.
- Knowledge of the plastics industry market, Company products, and experience in collecting competitor data.
- Work 5 days/week from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
