- Receive information from customers in need or proactively propose them to become the Company’s distribution system;
- Complete procedures and documentation as required for customers to become the Company’s distribution system: surveys, reports, evaluations, …;
- Support and supervise customers and the distribution system to operate according to the Company’s regulations and sales policies;
- Provide consultancy on: sales and warranty policies, product selection, installation connection, transportation and storage of products for the distribution system and end users;
- Conduct periodic and ad-hoc customer care activities: visits, gift-giving, participating in customer conferences, …;
- Prepare documents related to finished goods and inventory transactions; deliver documents and invoices to customers and handle their requests;
- Record and coordinate the handling of customer requests and complaints;
- Collect market information, notable activities, policies, and new products of competing brands;
- Coordinate with related departments to implement sales support activities and increase brand visibility at points of sale: signage, vehicle banners, …;
- Provide pre- and post-sales services: supply documentation (capability profiles, test certificates, conformity certificates…), pipe samples, connection devices…;
- Coordinate with distributors to access, attend bidding, and offer competitive quotations.
- Support the successful sales of distributors’ projects;
- Contact distributors to obtain information and forecast weekly sales.
- Identify arising issues to facilitate distributors in selling the Company’s products;
- Use tools and equipment efficiently and economically;
- Monitor attendance of department staff (if any);
- Prepare timely and complete reports and perform other arising tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Marketing/ International Trade/ Economics/ Business Administration or related majors.
- Language: Fluent English, equivalent to IELTS 5.0/ TOEIC 600.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, dynamic, and creative at work.
- Priority: Knowledge of enterprise management software – ERP.
- Work 5 days/week from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
