1. Are Binh Minh Plastic's UV-resistant PP-R products warranted? What are the warranty terms and conditions?

Binh Minh Plastic's UV-resistant PP-R products are warranted under the following conditions:

Warranty period: 5 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty conditions:

  • Manufacturer's defect: The product is defective and does not meet the standards announced by the Manufacturer.
  • Use for the right purpose: The product is used in accordance with the installation and usage instructions provided on the website or accompanying documents.
  • Proper storage and transportation: The product is stored and transported according to the instructions on the website or accompanying documents.
  • Has a valid purchase invoice or warranty card that is still valid
  • Warranty card (if any): For products with accompanying warranty cards, the warranty card must be intact, without erasure or correction of information.

Cases not covered by warranty:

  • Errors caused by the user: Product The product is damaged due to improper installation, transportation, use or storage according to instructions, use under conditions of mechanical impact, chemicals, temperature exceeding technical limits.
