Binh Minh Plastic's UV-resistant PP-R products are warranted under the following conditions:

Warranty period: 5 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty conditions:

  • Manufacturer's defect: The product is defective and does not meet the standards announced by the Manufacturer.
  • Use for the right purpose: The product is used in accordance with the installation and usage instructions provided on the website or accompanying documents.
  • Proper storage and transportation: The product is stored and transported according to the instructions on the website or accompanying documents.
  • Has a valid purchase invoice or warranty card that is still valid
  • Warranty card (if any): For products with accompanying warranty cards, the warranty card must be intact, without erasure or correction of information.

Cases not covered by warranty:

  • Errors caused by the user: Product The product is damaged due to improper installation, transportation, use or storage according to instructions, use under conditions of mechanical impact, chemicals, temperature exceeding technical limits.
  • External impact: The product is damaged due to objective factors such as natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.
  • Unauthorized repair: The product has been arbitrarily repaired or its structure changed by the buyer or a third party not authorized by the company.
  • Improper use: The product is used for a purpose other than its original design purpose.

2. Can HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe be used for water supply? Why?

Binh Minh Plastic HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is not used for pressurized water supply applications. This pipe is specially designed for drainage, so it focuses on the pressure from the outside of the pipe wall, not the pressure of the flow.

3. Applications of double wall corrugated HDPE pipe?

Binh Minh Plastic's double-walled corrugated HDPE pipes are used for the following needs:

7. Are there counterfeit PP-R pipes of Binh Minh Plastic in the market? How to prevent them?

9. Can PP-R pipes be used for the entire domestic water supply and drainage system in the house?

Binh Minh Plastic PP-R products fully meet the needs of installing domestic water supply and drainage systems. - However, to save costs while still fully meeting the needs, the indoor plastic pipe system can consider using uPVC pipes for the purpose of cold water (≤450C), PP-R pipes for the purpose of hot water.

10. What is the meaning and use of Binh Minh Plastic PP-R hot and cold lever valves?

Binh Minh Plastic is supplying two types of PP-R lever valves:

  • Hot lever valves have red handles, specially used for hot water.
  • Cold lever valves have blue handles, specially used for cold water.

Use Binh Minh Plastic PP-R cold lever valve for cold water pipe system to save costs. Use hot lever valve for hot water pipe system.
