On July 21 and 22, 2011, Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company invited MEDIC Medical Diagnostic Center to conduct general health check-ups and tests for all company officers and employees at two locations: the Company’s office in Ho Chi Minh City and Plant No. 2 in Binh Duong. This is a regular activity that the Company has maintained continuously for over 20 years, demonstrating the Management’s care and concern for its employees.

Through periodic health check-ups, company officers and employees are able to detect occupational diseases, chronic illnesses, etc. in a timely manner for prompt consultation and treatment.

 

Employee health care is a top priority of the Company’s Management, ensuring that workers maintain good health for long-term employment. Along with organizing on-site mid-shift meals that both ensure food safety and provide sufficient nutrition for staff to restore their energy and work with peace of mind, the Company has arranged one doctor or nurse at each plant to provide health care and first aid for employees, with average annual costs for equipment and medicine amounting to VND 50 million.
