On November 15, 2012, the Board of Directors of Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company held the regular Q4/2012 meeting. During this meeting, the Board unanimously approved the resignation of Mr. Le Quang Doanh from the position of General Director so that he could focus on management duties.
Mr. Le Quang Doanh, born in 1952, is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked at Binh Minh Plastics since 1979. He served 15 years in the Company’s top executive position and was the first Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2004. During his career, he received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, the title of National Emulation Fighter, and was awarded the Labor Medal, Third Class in 2002 and Second Class in 2008, by the President. Over the 35 years of the Company’s establishment and development, particularly from 1997, under his leadership, Binh Minh Plastics entered a period of strong growth.
