With outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2025, Binh Minh Plastics is honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Vietnam National Union of Industry and Trade.
On the past January 30th, the Vietnam National Union of Industry and Trade held a Conference to summarize trade union work in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026; simultaneously organizing a Conference to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 5th Congress of the Vietnam National Union of Industry and Trade, term 2025 - 2030.
At the conference, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2025 were honored. Among them, Binh Minh Plastics was honored to be awarded the Emulation Flag by the Vietnam National Union of Industry and Trade, recognizing the Company's outstanding efforts in building a strong trade union organization, practically caring for the lives of union members and employees, and simultaneously accompanying effectively with production and business activities.

Within the framework of the program, Ms. Hoang Viet Huong (Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company) presented a paper with the theme "The role of the trade union organization in production, business and development of private enterprises - Towards the benefits of union members and employees". The presentation emphasized that the Industry and Trade Union is an organization with a deep understanding of the technical characteristics and labor force of the Industry and Trade sector, thereby accompanying effectively in protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of employees. This is the important foundation helping the grassroots trade union operate stably and sustainably in the FDI enterprise environment.

In 2025, the Binh Minh Plastics Trade Union implemented many practical activities, closely following the motto of taking union members and employees as the center, associating trade union activities with the enterprise's production and business tasks. The Company's Trade Union proactively coordinated with the Board of Management to care for the material and spiritual lives of employees through welfare programs, supporting employees in difficult circumstances or damaged by storms and floods, visiting the sick, funerals and weddings, and organizing care activities during holidays and Tet, contributing to creating peace of mind and long-term attachment of employees to the enterprise.
In parallel, the Binh Minh Plastics Trade Union actively launched emulation movements, encouraging officials and employees to promote initiatives and a sense of responsibility at work. Cultural, union, training, and occupational health and safety activities were also deployed regularly, contributing to building a happy working environment.
The fact that Binh Minh Plastics was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Vietnam National Union of Industry and Trade is an acknowledgment of the persistent contributions of the Company and the grassroots trade union organization, affirming the commitment to putting employees at the center, promoting the emulation movement associated with production and business efficiency in the new era.
