Thanks to the application of modern technology as well as continuous improvement, the company has optimized plastic waste control, reducing the rate of non-conforming products to under 1% and ensuring 100% of these products are recycled, generating zero plastic waste into the environment.
Every meter of pipe and fitting produced by Binh Minh Plastics is the crystallization of a strict control process, from selecting input materials to production operation and output quality inspection. It is this dedication that has helped material utilization efficiency achieve impressive results, reaching the threshold of 99.5% to 100%.

Clearly aware of the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on the environment, Binh Minh Plastics has proactively analyzed its emission sources, including the direct use of fossil fuels (petrol, liquefied petroleum gas) in transportation activities and electricity consumption in production and business operations. The greenhouse gas inventory is an important basis for the company to implement emission control measures, build reduction strategies, and gradually replace them with clean energy sources, while strengthening cooperation with partners in the supply chain to comprehensively minimize environmental impact.
The continuous efforts of Binh Minh Plastics have been proven by a series of practical and effective initiatives. Specifically, the company has converted over 60% of gasoline-powered forklifts to electric forklifts, replacing energy-saving equipment such as inverters, AC motors, and centralized water systems. In particular, the rooftop solar power system with a capacity of 0.7MWp generated 338,231 kWh of electricity, contributing to helping the company reduce 223 tons of CO2-eq emissions into the environment. In 2025, Binh Minh Plastics plans to install an additional solar power system with a capacity of 7MWp.
Binh Minh Plastics deploys electric forklifts to minimize greenhouse gas emissions
Regarding waste, Binh Minh Plastics proactively implements waste classification at the source (domestic waste, recyclable waste, hazardous waste) and scientific storage at a centralized warehouse. The company also focuses on raising employee awareness through training sessions on waste classification, conducting periodic assessments to ensure that the waste collection and storage process complies strictly with regulations. At the same time, Binh Minh Plastics cooperates with units that have full capacity and waste treatment licenses in accordance with the law.
